IMPORTANT NOTE.
On many occasions, the post office service will try to deliver when you are not in. They should leave a card “we tried to deliver” to notify you that the parcel is waiting at the post office for collection.

Unfortunately they do not always leave a card. After 14 days, the parcel will be returned to us, undelivered if it is not collected. So…..
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 5 days in the UK, 14 DAYS IN EUROPE AND 21 DAYS THE REST OF THE WORLD.

This action may help prevent orders from being returned to us and to help avoid the disappointment of not receiving your order.

UK POSTAGE

How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually within 3 days. For large order that cannot be fulfilled with UK stock, we may ship direct from Turkey. In this case, the shipping time may be about 4 – 5 days. We will inform you of this when you order is being processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (non UK)

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment. We ship using a combination of UK fulfilled stock and stock from Turkey using Turpex recorded delivery. Orders will usually arrive between 3 – 14  days. Once a package arrives in the destination country, it is possible that customs clearance and security can delay a delivery. This seldom happens, but obviously this is beyond the control of the postal company and us.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. As a register service is being used with tracking, this will be added as a note, sent to you later with a couple of days.

Tracking your order
Please follow the directions of any information we send you for the latest information about the location of your order.
We suggest you keep an eye of delivery around 2 – 7 days after we ship. On numerous occasions, postal workers will not leave a ‘we tried to deliver” card, so you need to know if your parcel is at the local post office for collection.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Please contact us if you would like to use other postal options that we have not included in our rates and postal options. For example, next day delivery. We will always do our best to accommodate.

POSTAL BOXES OR PACKSTATIONS

We will not post Packstations or certain PO BOX addresses. This is because they will not accept registered post. We however understand that U.S. postal boxes do accept registered mail.

SHIPPING RATES
A shipping calculator is provided when you reach the CHECKOUT. If you are happy with the total price including shipping, you can then proceed to paying for your order. There are no hidden shipping charges. We will refund via the payment option you have used, any excess in shipping charges if the actual rate is lower than you have paid.

MISSING ITEM POLICY
Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If you discover a missing item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly either post the missing item or issue a refund for the missing item(s).

DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your country’s government. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer.

Most countries have an import limit that will allow for up to 2kg of soap to be posted. There are some countries like Canada that have very low import limits, so please be aware of this before ordering.

Customs regulations are often different for small packages versus large packages. Please be sure that you are aware of any specific customs regulations for your country. We will do everything we can to help you receive your package, but we cannot be responsible for packages that are detained at customs.
